snuggie time

Mel got me two of the best gifts ever! The real gift was an awesome quilt that she made with all sorts of vintage fabrics in it. Everytime I use it I find a new awesome square that is my new favorite. I LOVE IT SO SO MUCH!
Next as a JOKE she got me a SNUGGIE.....little did she know I have always secretly wanted one and was wondering why NO one had got me one yet! Don't get me wrong I'm in true love with my new quilt but there are just some things that can't be done when your snuggling in a quilt.
With my new snuggie I'm finding all sorts of things that I can do now while staying snuggly warm.

1. like trying to drink my juice so hard in my awesome quilt, but with my snuggie effortless!

2. Trying to be artistic at Reece's easel was so difficult with my new quilt but with my snuggie
easy as pie!

3. Have you ever tried to bust a move in a regular quilt? not easy!

now I can bust a move with FREE HANDS....it's the greatest

thing ever!

Thanks Mel for bright BLUE Snuggie! Hayden can't wait for me to wear this

to his baseball/football games and Kyle can even borrow it for the

BYU football games.

Santa baby!

Santa stopped by and unloaded his sack again.

Riley didn't really have any big wishes but santa brought her a new dresser and clothes.

Hayden wanted an airsoft gun again but mom begged santa not to and he got a nerf machine gun instead!

Reece wished for art stuff and he got it, new easel and lots of supplies.

Crew got lucky with a couple new toys. Before he was just happy with looking at the ceiling fan and now he knows about lights/music and things that stimulate his brain.

Kyle got a MAGIC BULLET and made us some killer smoothies tonight!

I had a WARMTH theme...everything you could think of to keep me warm in Utah!

More on that to come!

All in all it was a very happy/ merry Christmas and we have so much to be thankful for!

Twas the week before Christmas...

Twas the week before Christmas and there's lots to do.....

Christmas cards aren't out but they will be soon!

With the kids still in school....activities galore, antlers and reindeer food and OH-- ALL ABOARD!! toot tooot`

 
Reece's teacher is awesome...always has lots in store!

She's always bright and cheery....NEVER a BORE!

Then off for the sing-a-longs  those kids oh so cute!

I wish I could up load the videos but their MUTE!

When finally at home arose such a clatter, a sweet neighbor arrived with a gift that did matter!
We opened it up and what did we find...but a gingerbread house all ready and primed!

SO we built it together tender love and care....in hopes that St. Nicholas will notice it there.

This holiday season so special to us.
