We had this HUGE visitor in our tree yesterday!
It was a tad bit scary laying on the trampoline right underneath
our good old friend HOOTIE!!
He LOCKED eyes with me and I was scared out of my wits!
It really gave me the heebeejeebeez!
He looked as thought he was ready to swoop down and
bite my nose off.
It was a very entertaining Sunday afternoon!
I think he liked all the attention.

It's a good thing you don't have a little Portia doggie - Owls like to swoop down and get little doggies like her! That's what they do here! YIKES for the little doggies! It looks as though this owl was proud to have his pic taken - isn't he posing there?
that is so cool! my kids would be going nuts over that owl. i guess we need to get some tress in our backyard! :)
