My cute grandpa Gilbert is in town right now and we had a fun visit with him the other day.
He got to meet baby Crew and even fed him a bottle.
I'm so glad I got a picture to capture the moment. My aunt Reva said
it was probably his first time ever feeding a baby. Hard to imagine that since
he had 10 children but back in the day the men-folk didn't do much of that.
My parents were in town for the weekend. Whenever they are here we
are constantly running around playing, shopping, & eating out.
I'm happy to say I got a big chunk of my Christmas shopping done though. Now
I just need to do some online shopping and hopefully just be done.
I'm trying hard to stay in control and scale back this year.
It will be a hard task for me! I'm thinking if I just stay out of the stores
and shop online then I won't be so tempted.
I'm so mad at myself I didn't get my camera out the whole time my parents were here.
Except for the grandpa visit!
I also got to meet my cousin Kristal's new baby! He is SO darling!
I love new babies :)
It's sad it's over and now I'm trying to rest and recover from all the fun.

1st love gramps that is so tender they must have been good budies in the life before to have been his first to feed

how fun...visits from the fam are always fun. Loved talking to you today...February cant come fast enough :)
He is a cute Gramps for sure, and that Crew derserves the first feeding for being so cute. I totally need to get on the Christmas shopping, because I have my tree up and its lonely without presents:)
