RALLY FOR RAFE!

BIG NEWS!!  We (a few neighbors and I) have decided to do a fundraiser to help my neighbor RAFE that is battling cancer for over a year now. He is an amazing man and has a darling family. Three sons which happen to be my boys best friends.  I love these boys so much and would do just about anything for them. After at least 4 rounds of Chemotherapy, several of radiation, hospital stays, work missed, I can imagine their medical expenses have gone through the roof.

Being the holiday season it is the perfect time to do something special for someone in need. In fact our whole neighborhood has decided to forgo our neighborhood Christmas gift giving and to donate to this cause instead.

The online auction starts Dec. 7. There are several ways we need people to help. One of them is to donate an item or a service for people to bid on. The second way is to join in on the fun and spirit of giving during the week of Dec 7 thru the 14th and bid on the items that will be posted at RALLYFORRAFE.blogspot.com. All proceeds going to help the family with medical expenses or what they are in need of. The third way is to go to the online auction blog and donate directly to the fund for this awesome family.
We have been racking our brains trying to figure out a way to help this family. I have already heard of several awesome items that will be auctioned off. I think it will be a great experience for all involved.

If you have any great items or services that you would like to donate I would be SO SO appreciative and think you totally ROCK! All you have to do is email me a picture and description of the item or service being auctioned off and I will post it and let you know where to mail the item to the winner when the auction has ended.  Everyone has something great they can offer if you really think about it.
