There has been a new development in my Diet Coke usage. Like, I have been downing a few. After a whole 23 days off the sauce I lost all control. It happens, you know there is always going to be days when you just can't be strong enough to endure the temptation of the stuff. It's everywhere, everywhere I turn. I think what happened is I was to busy to attend my weekly DC meetings and without that encouragement of my fellow DC-holics I weakened. Then because of one lapse in judgement- one it led to another and another and before I knew it- I had downed like a 44 oz, a RT44 from Sonic a squirt of lime and a squirt of cherry to be exact. You should try one sometime, it's the best. Since then I have lost all control and I will be taking the weekend off and back on the wagon on Monday.

You crack me up, I know you got it in you!! A little DC treat here and there is a good thing, just remember that!
It's ok! It happens! The best thing is to do the best that you can. I have decided that I will allow myself a little heaven on the weekends, but none during the week. We all have to have an out. ;) You're doing great. Don't focus on your failures, just the positives.
You did so well, you deserve a good DC as a treat for the accomplishment!
You should be able to indulge your DC desires - just make sure to guzzle lots of water after each one! A DC a day keeps the dreary and weary AWAY!
