Meet Mr. Scabby
I think we should call him that from now on but then I would probably be breaking my New Years Resolution already. Mr. Scabby was embarrassed to go to school on Monday with his new face. I went in with him and told the teacher about him falling out of a parked truck because he was leaning against the door when it opened. He fell face first to the pavement. OUUCH! It's healing pretty good. Everyday it's looking lots better.
We tell him he looks tough. I told him to tell people he was in a bar fight. He has no idea what that means which is good.

He's been a crabby sick baby that kept his mommy up all night long.
The poor thing, everytime he coughs it hurts and then he cries and that hurts more.
We just got back from the doctor and he doesn't have anything officially wrong with him, just a fever and congestion. It's probably just from teething...those naughty teeth!
I introduced him to apple juice to keep him hydrated and it seems to help him feel better to have it.

It's his first real flavor of something besides formula and blah rice cereal. I can only imagine how good
that apple juice must taste.

Does anyone else love Craig Ferguson? I'm totally hooked on his show. He cracks me up...I mean laugh out loud funny. It took me a while of watching to start to get his humor. I've always been a fan of weird British humor though. I also like that he jokes about random things and not just politics. I've been trying to get Kyle hooked on watching him too, I think he's finally liking him better than Jimmy Fallon who I really like but he's just not that funny as a talk show host to me. I loved him on SNL. I am preferring Conan lots more than David Letterman these days. He bugs me now.
Anyways, if you haven't watched Craig yet and you stay up that late- give it a whirl!

Crabby and scabby are great nicknames Jean, maybe they will stick like BH:) I like the bar fight line, you could also have him add the classic, "you should see the other guy". Watch out on the applejuice thing, your kids might become addicts like someones kids we both know:) Never given Craig a watch but might have to now!
Are you kidding? That face looks like he just finished a UFC fight!! Poor kid. I like Marys idea..."you should see the other guy!" That would be hilarious if he went around saying that!
I know you are shocked that I am making a comment! This is my first attempt to get back to blogging - yowza! How sad for Reece - I need to give him a squish! and for Mr Crabby I think you need a little crab from that little guy - he is such a good baby!
I LOVE craig ferguson. He has been my imaginary boyfriend for a few years now. I was a bit crushed when he married a girl who I am sure is a vapid, blond airhead, but I am getting over it. I saw his shoe in LA. So fun! One more thing we have in common...... your darling little boys! crew looks so grown up!
Poor Reese! Those scabs are brutal!
