O Christmas Tree

We finally have our Christmas Tree up and decorated. It's a Christmas Miracle!
It hasn't felt very Christmas-ee around here with all the cleaning, boxing, fixing of things.
Now that things are calming down we are trying to get in the spirit, the Christmas Spirit that is...
Every year I host an Ornament Exchange Party and it is coming up next week, my last Tucson one.... so I thought it worthy of a tribute.

Here a few of my favorite handmade ornies................

snowman with warm felt coat
Nativity Star

Silver shimery JOY
Vintage Christmas Card
Soft and cozy mittensTin Sparkle Star of LOVE

Wirey JOY with a touch of beading

The favored SANTA PANTS

last but not least my first favorite from 8 years ago the
cute tiny SNOWMAN hatbox

I have lots more favorites and every year I SO SO SO look forward to
what creative minds will bring to share.
Stay tuned for some new pictures next week after the gig.

That is an awesome tree! I feel so honored that two of my ornaments made the favorite list. Most of my favorite ornaments on my tree came from your parties. I hope this year's party is a success.

OH how cute they are, your star one is cute too but there are too many cute one's to post. I only put out 1/2 of my ornaments on my tree this year because we are minimizing everything. I'm going crazy too because there are some crucial one's missing. Oh well there is always next year.

One of my favorites are the santa pants too. Way to go Erika. Wish I could be there. Especially to get some of those great ornaments. Good luck with your move. I can totally relate to the "minimizing and boxing everything up." After this I don't want to SEE another box.

You were not kidding when you said that you were "minimizing". It looked as if Kyle put up about 1/3 the amount of lights on the tree this year. If there is one thing to be happy about for not having a tree this year, it is the amount of lights that "must" go on the stinking tree every year. I would like to see a picture of the festive lighted cactus from the front walkway. Can you do that for me?

There are NO lights on our house this year can you believe it Tim?? Also our tree is a faker, prelit one so Kyle doesn't put the lights on them this year. There is plenty on it too just didn't show up with camera. I know it's kind of sad to not be doing all of our regular Christmas traditions. The only thing that feels like Christmas is I have spent WAY TOO much mulla!!

Awesome ornaments! I'm boring - I like all my ornaments to MATCH! The kids tree gets all the mis-matched ornaments, and they are happy as can be with it!!
